As a team leader, I offer almost twenty years of experience working with digital content, including university research and teaching. My journey began in the analogue era, witnessing the rise of the internet and exploring the intersection between technology and art. Over the years, I've been involved in a variety of projects that combine these passions, from 2D and 3D art to prototyping and interactive applications. While my love for digital production is evident, the biggest lesson I learned was about leadership and teamwork. I understood that, to achieve collective objectives, it is essential to understand and value each member of the team, promoting the cohesion necessary for the success of the project. My role as a leader goes beyond digital production; it's about empowering and motivating people so we can achieve our goals together.
